China Tour of Daniel Migliosi Quartet – October 2026

The Consulate General of Luxembourg was very pleased to welcome Daniel Migliosi to Shanghai, the first stop of his China tour, followed by performances in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Beijing, Changsha, Xiamen and Guangzhou.

In Shanghai, the trumpetist and his band performed twice: at the JZ Festival on 23 October and at the iconic JZ Club Shanghai on 25 October, where they were warmly received by a large audience of jazz enthusiasts.

As one of the most promising talents on the contemporary European jazz scene, Migliosi represents a new generation of Luxembourg jazz musicians. His music combines expressive melodies, improvisation and contemporary influences while remaining firmly rooted in the jazz tradition.
