MoU renewal between Shanghai Financial Association (SFA) & Financial Technology Transfer Agency Luxembourg (ATTF)
Last Thursday 26th April, on the occasion of its 3rd anniversary, the Shanghai Financial Association (SFA) held a signing ceremony with three foreign partners including Luxembourg’s Financial Technology Transfer Agency (ATTF).
This event was honored by the presence of Mr. Han Zheng (Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government), Mr. Tu Guangshao (Vice-Mayor), Mr Niu Ximing (Chairman of SFA and Chairman of bank of Communications), Mr. Jiang Zhuoqing (Under-Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Government), and Mr. Fang Xinghai (the Director General of Shanghai's Financial Services Office). Mr. Nicolas Mackel, Consul General of Luxembourg also attended the ceremony and signed on behalf of ATTF.
ATTF was founded in 1999 by the State of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg with a double mission: to provide technical assistance to partner countries and promote Luxembourg as a financial centre. Since 2008, ATTF has established a strong partnership with the Shanghai Financial Association and has jointly organized four trainings annually for Chinese professionals of the banking sector.
