Luxembourg at ‘True Dream’ Conference in Beijing
On September 12th, Luxembourg’s Consul General and Executive Director of Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office in Shanghai, Mr. Luc Decker, participated to the inspiring ‘’true dream conference’’ in Beijing. His speech depicted how, through its history, Luxembourg constructed a better future for its citizens and how the country is now helping others by being a leading nation for Official Development Assistance. (1% of Luxembourg’s gross national income is dedicated to development assistance)
