Amicorp seminar on how to structure outbound investment in Luxembourg
During the 1st week of September, Amicorp Luxembourg and Amicorp China hosted two seminars with the support of the Consulate of Luxembourg in Shanghai and the Embassy of Luxembourg in Beijing.
Leo Guan, Amicorp China’s Managing Director, introduced Amicorp Group. Fabio Mastrosimone, Amicorp Luxembourg’s Managing Director and Gao Hui, Sales Manager for Asia Market, gave presentations on how to structure Chinese outbound investment by taking advantage of Luxembourg fund and corporate services (especially SOPARFIS).
Each seminar received about 25 attendees including important intermediaries and potential clients that participated to the seminar with concrete projects directly or indirectly related to Luxembourg.
